Gamers...Please game

Yo everyone, if you are an artist as well as gamer you are leading a fantastic life. You know how fun to do both and both are related to our work so nobody interferes.

If you are not an artist but still a gamer is also a very good point because I'll tell you now why gaming is good for health and everything.

So, gaming means computer and video games in which you enjoy playing a lot, that's it. First of all I'd like to say that excess of anything is bad gaming is good but in limit, if you are playing day n night then it's bad. It'll be bad for your health, for your eyes and your mind.

Why gaming is very good if we do in limitation?

To all those who think you'll be an immature if you are playing video games I'll say, you guys are immature to think this. I'll tell you now what are the possible advantages of gaming and why it should be practice.

If you do a lot of homework, or an office worker or any kind of work which exhaust you and you sometimes think to refresh your mind avoid playing mobile games play games with "Story mode". The trick behind this is, these games will surprise you and you won't know what's gonna happen next.

Gaming increases our mind. Believe me there you'll find some techniques and fun in solving riddles and if you are playing first person shooter like COD then you will learn teamwork and tricks to kill enemies and these games are full of good dramatic situations.

The time you are giving in Candy Crush, Y might say avoid it and leave it, play real hard. Need For Speed is going ahead in gaming and very good too.

Gaming is another dimension of thinking and it's a whole new world of imagination. First this is when you do other works you let your mind go from one place to another and think a lot of things at the same time but in good gaming you will learn to concentrate and keep your mind focused because when you play you concentrate of accomplishing the goals not thinking about other stuff.

I am an artist of 3D so gaming is in my blood, I make 3D characters and other stuff and for me I'll say if I don't game, from where should I bring my new concepts. I can say I learn from games and they are very important part of my life. I play video games for at least 1 hour regularly. I don't have time to go more than that and I don't want to because as I said earlier Excess of Anything is Bad.

Good Bye...Good Morning

Love

What is Love?

Is it affection? Is it a person? Or may be something out of our thinking.

Love towards a person is one and foremost. So does towards any work. If you love what you do you will be phenomenal.
In love you won't see external beauty, all you see is what is inside. If you love a person by looking his/her's appearance then believe me you won't love them for long time. Love someone by heart.
Appearance and external beauty dulls at the passage of time but the internal beauty or which we can call the beauty of soul never dies. All you need to do is not only open your eyes but open your heart too. Love is in someone's small things and his mistakes and for parents and child relation love is something like forgiving every mistakes. We should have love in each phase and every relation of our life whether it is for parents, for partner, for friends and even for enemies. Loving your enemies make them your friend. You will understand now and they will understand too but later.

In professional life, love is all about your whole day. You must love what you do or rather you must only do what you love. If you do something else this won't make you feel happy and you will end your day in regret. On the other hand if you love your work and do with full of your heart then the day will not be that far that you will be the highest paid employee in that company. Because they'll see your determination and your love towards your work improves the quality.

World is running because lovers are more than haters...

How to build Positive Attitude

Any fact facing us is not as important as our attitude towards it, for that determines our success or failures.
                                                                                                                     - Norman Vincent Peale

Childhood and and adolescent is the phase of wet mud that means we can give it shape as we like. Because these stages, children have strong sense of learning. My focus will always be for more likely towards young generation. During childhood if we move towards positive and think about it then it will affect good in future and we continue going then we will definitely have positive attitude.

How do you build and maintain positive attitude?

* Become aware of the principle that build a positive attitude.
* Desire to be positive.
* Cultivate the discipline and dedication to practice those principles.

8 Steps to change your Attitude..

If you want to maintain and build a positive attitude then please follow the upcoming steps:

Step 1: Change Focus, Look for the Positive

In life you have to change your focus and vision towards anything, whether it is a person or a thing. Look for the positive instead of bads and negative. Try to find good in peoples and nature. Always look for the bright side of the things. A glass with half full of water is what can be said?? Is it half full or half empty? You say?
Does it matter?

Of Course!

Step 2: Make a habit of doing it now

He slept beneath the moon
He basked beneath the sun
He lived a life of going to do
and died with nothing done.
                                        - James Albery

Procrastination is a bad habit and everybody do it. Try always to do your work at appropriate time and by yourself. A completed task is awesome and exciting and an unfinished task drains energy.

Step 3: Develop an Attitude of Gratitude

Count your blessings not troubles. We are so focused on complaining about things we do not have and lose sight and importance of those things which we have. There is a lot to be thankful for.
Attitude of Gratitude does not mean complacency. It was not the message I wanted to give you. if you get that thing, I don't meant that its your selective thinking.

Step 4: Get into a continuous Education Program

For further growth you must be educated. For getting education I don't meant that enroll yourself in a institute or take a course book and start studying right now. This step means that you must develop the nature of leaning and the nature of observing. observation skills are very important, these are the skills which keep you focused and Aware. Observation is Light and Ignorance is Darkness.
I don't mean that you should not study about what you are doing or about your profession, it is also a must thing for success. But one must have the ability to learn and be educated.

Step 5: Build a positive self - esteem

What is Self Esteem?
Self Esteem is the way we feel about ourselves. When we feel good from inside our performance goes up and our professional and personal relationships improves. You know humans and animals have a direct corelation between feelings and behavior.

If you quickly want to build the self-esteem all you have to do is do something for those who did not repay you economically or in kind.

Step 6: Stay away from Negative Influences

If you are one of those who sees good as good and bad as bad then you will easily find peoples which have negative influences and they spread negative. My advice for you is to keep distance from those type of people and from those as well who down your morale. Seek positive people and spread positivity.

One reason that I don't drink is that I want to know when I am having a good time.
                                                                                                         - Lady Aster

Be away from alcohol and bad drugs and smoking. It kills!

Step 7: Learn to like the things that need to be done

Start by doing what is necessary, then what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.
                                                                                                                     - St. Francis of Assisi

Somethings needs to be done whether we like them or not. Just like mother caring for her child. It is no fun. But when we learn to do things, impossible becomes possible.

Step 8: Start and end your day with something positive and fun

Meditate, read and listen to something positive are the best ways to start your morning and you'll feel very fresh during day. Exercise daily, It keeps you fit and doing exercise during days will clarify your boredom and tiredness at once. Do it daily.

Start building your attitude towards positive. Be positive!

Crazy Things

Don't be just anybody. Everyone do many things in his daily routine and if you do like them you won't be apart from them. It's a different type of happiness to do things crazily with yourself or with friends.
Things like eating ice cream upside down, jumping on the bed, stairs and keep dancing. Keep shouting, keep singing, because these are the little things that shake us entirely and you know when you do this you are happy and alive for the moment and that's what matters. Life is what, living the moment.

Try to do things differently, when we do normal things in different manner even in joke type of scene or in a success and study matters it feels awesome and make us apart from the crowd.
I always spin anything in my hand. I always hop items in the air. I never sit properly on my chair.

Keep upgrading your common sense and sense of humor daily. Sense of Humor and Intelligence is SEXY!! When you talk with the peoples then they will impress from your way of talking. It attracts girls and friends but keep one thing in mind what everybody says, think before you speak. So, think about what you are going to speak.

Joke DaiLY!

The moment and the person who changed my life

My reality is I am doing animation since 7 years when I was just a kid.
It was 2008 and my summer vacations were going to happen. The weather was very hot and I came back from school relaxing in front my cooler.

My father came to me and said, "son, do you know what animation is?"
This moment, this is the moment which changed my entire life and shaked me from the deepest.

I said "yes, cartoons which came on tv."

He said, "yes, you like them?"

I replied, "I love them, papa."

Now the question he fired was the best question I've ever heard in my entire lifespan.

He asked, "Do you want to learn how to do animation, make cartoons, doing 3d stuff and make games?"

I was stunned because that's what something I wanted to do in my life.

I said nothing at first and then shouted "yess, of course."

When I was very small child everybody told me its good field in science or doctoring. Then I too decided to be a scientist but now I was a little grown up and my mind and heart was interested in arts. So I decided to stick with dad's plan.

That above when papa asked me about animation was the best moment in my life and the person was my father.

He is always an inspiration for me. He is my hero.
We belongs to a lower middle class family so it was very hard for my dad to enrol me in animation course but he is great as I say he did.

It was summer vacations going and he took me to Arena Animation and it looked awesome for me.
We talked about the diploma course in the institute and came back home.
I was damn very excited about everything. The bad part of my story was my family. Except me, my father and my mother everybody wanted that it was too early for a kid to take classes of that level of education. Because they thought that this field has no scope or whatever.

But we did that later the fees of that will touch the sky and we won't afford that. So, finally I kept all the members of my family aside from the path of my goal and decided to do the classes and I started in my summer vacations and I really really liked it.

This is it. This is what I meant for, this is what I made for. This is animation and i am an artist.
To all the artist out there don't let go of your dreams. Be with them, don't compromise with life. You will get a single chance to have a strike to give it a shot and throw a home run.

Live the life because we have to live only once.

Dreams are not only dreams, they are meant to made real by us....

Laughing is the best medicine

This is just very right that laughing is the best medicine. One of the popular advantge of laughing is it increases your blood level. It is seen that those humans which do more laugh are more healthy and friendly in comparison with those who did opposite.

Smiling and laughing talks attract more people and those who posses fun nature are loved by everyone.

Laughing is something that no one can stop. It is a chain reaction because when someone do laugh then those who are seeing that person doesn't stop themselves from laughing if they are emotionally normal at that moment.

Please do one thing everyday which makes your day successful and one of those work is make someone smile, make someone laugh. They will and you will as well feel better and your day will ends wonderful.

Friends are the golden mines of laughing, make friends and remove seriousness from life.
As the joker of the dark knight says "Why so serious"? He is absolutely right because life is not in seriousness, life is not in thinking and worrying all the time and ends your day having tiredness in eyes and face. Life is like rain, beautiful, fragrant and cheerful. Everybody should love themselve.

Be happy from inside and spread happiness outside!
See ya next time..

Eat Well and Stay Well

We all know very clearly that Tobacco and alcohol, etc are very dangerous for health. So, why do people in this world doing this.
Because it have two reasons I've observed. First is 'Let's Try' and after that with small quantity no one knows when they got addicted with that thing. Second, for maintaining their reputation between colleagues and friends to look cool.
Both situation is wrong. These things are very wrong, you can google it about their bad effects.
I've studied that those who drink and smoke more or do other than those who don't are less stable in physical and mental wellness. They became weak gradually and starts thinking that if they don't smoke or drink the particular work is not going to go well for them. In some funny cases, I've seen they say 'I am having a headache' let's smoke a bit and I'll be good. Dude you need to see a Psychiatrist. What's this?
This is eccentric behavior. These people gradually decrease their thinking and calmness capability and start getting frustrated easily.

And one thing I'd like to request you is that please if you see someone smoking or drinking near a school or a child and children please stop doing so and stop other to do so. Request them to smoke later because it can create a very bad effect on children's weak lungs and if they are growing up ones then they will start doing so by seeing you. So please it's a humble request to all the people in this world make world a happy and better place not a ZOMBIELAND!

Ultimate Self Belief

This is a story of a brave king who was going to fight on an island with his fellow soldiers. They went on that island with their ships and without any worries and thinking they burnt their ships on which they came.
Now what? They can't return to their homes. They have only two possible ways now to die fighting or to defeat enemies and take their ship and go back home. This is what we call Do or Die.

When we have a ultimate goal towards us or an awesome life achieving desire then this might be the situation where you can behave like this king. Then you have to burn your bridges and think of facing the problem and claiming the reward. When you won't have any other option to do then your mind won't get distract and fully focus himself on one point that's victory.

Everybody gets what they are..

In this world nobody gets more or anybody gets less. This won't happen in most cases. Who do hard work gets more who do not do don't get. What is wrong with fraud people?
Why the hell are they getting more without doing any sort of work. Their success is from that time is counted as their badluck. They can not be happy for long time but when a poor person gets his reward then no one knows how happy he is.
This is the power of true success. Success is when you enjoy doing what your work is and remove the thinking from your mind that this work for me is burden. I am getting less paid. We can't control reward but we can control the amount and intensity of our work. And by this we can see that the reward and work are inter related and somehow now we control the reward.

If you understand me what I am trying to say here then you can easily relate your salary with your work. Most of the people think that we are getting less paid but the reality is you are perfectly getting paid. You must not compare yourself with higher paying employee because he is doing more work than you in mental or physical level, it depends. All you have to focus on is your work. How good your work be that handsome your payment will be.

Questions about Your P.W.S. (Preferred Working Style)

Flexibility, and the ability to go with the flow is one predictor of success in any field. Think about it.
You may prefer to work alone, but if you are flexible enough, you will manage to do well in a team
environment. The same thing is also true in reverse. If you’re really a team player by nature, but
happen to be easygoing, you will succeed in a “do-it-yourself-er” culture where people are expected
to self-manage. However, telling an interviewer that you are “flexible enough to deal with any
corporate culture” sounds wishy-washy and false, unless defended with some hard evidence. A better
idea is to research the firm in advance, find out what they’re looking for, and position yourself
accordingly.

23. Do you prefer working alone or in teams?

A. Well, I am an independent type, and so I like to brainstorm first on the directives, and then go off
for a little while to mull over how to fulfill them. I’ve always been very interested in executive
headhunting, and feel that, under your guidance, I will make a big contribution to your company. From what I understand about the position, you and Paul Wiley will call a weekly meeting to discuss the new job leads and candidate requirements. Then, I will sit down, meticulously comb through our
candidate pool, and arrange to meet several job seekers who fit the “specs.” After that, of course, I’ll
do my utmost to place them! I also anticipate that this job will entail some cold calling, to expand our
pool of candidates and identify more leads. I happen to know a lot of people on both sides of the
management table—job hunters as well as employers—and I look forward to sharing my leads with
both you and Paul.

Alt. A. I am a really good team player, and appreciate having the resources of a fantastic team all
working towards the same outcome. I feel comfortable in groups, and enjoy team activities, such as
brainstorming, name generation, coming up with strategic platforms together, and identifying new
trends in the marketplace. In my last job, I worked for a famous branding identity company, and some of our meetings would last for days and days.
I would just roll up my shirtsleeves with the rest of the team, and we would sit, closeted in a
conference room, with a gigantic pad of paper, magic markers, various toys, and tons of newspapers
and magazines, discussing corporate identity issues until everyone felt comfortable that we had
arrived at the right solution. I know that your company is also structured around a true team concept,
and would love to hear more about it.

24. What motivates you to put forth your greatest effort?

A. When people really count on me to pull through for them, I am at my peak in terms of my
performance. As an assistant planner, I have four bosses, and I get along famously with all of them.
Still, one week over the Christmas holidays, all four of them took their vacations at the same time.
During that week, I ran focus groups by myself, came up with strategies for several of our clients
without any supervision, and had an insight about the retiree market that became the backbone of our
new fall marketing plan. I love being a team player, but that week on my own proved to me that when
push comes to shove, I am capable of pulling projects through with my own resources.
Share your insights about the retiree market. Ask your interviewer which markets his
company is targeting, and impress him by spontaneously coming up with an idea for one
of them on the spot.

25. Who was your greatest role model?

A. In my very first job, I was a salesgirl at Bloomingdale’s. They rotated the sales staff, and I was
moved from the Men’s Department to the Bridal Registry. The manager of the Bridal Registry,
Patricia Hillson, was a true inspiration. She really believed in my potential, and could sense that I
was keen to learn how she went about choosing china patterns and flatware. After the store officially
closed at night, she would spend hours with me explaining why she had chosen a particular line.
Approximately a year later, Patricia went on maternity leave for a couple of months and
temporarily promoted me to run the department in her absence. By the time she returned to work, three of the china patterns that I had chosen for the store had become bestsellers. I was then officially
promoted to Junior Buyer, but in Children’s Wear. I owe my quick rise into management completely
to Patricia, and she has remained a good friend and mentor ever since.

Why This Technique Works

1. You have given credit where credit was due, showing that you’re gracious and the type of person
who fosters good working relationships that last.
2. Your mentor will give you a glowing recommendation that will help you win the job.

Questions That Reveal If You’ve Done Your Homework

In today’s competitive environment, there will be several perfectly qualified candidates vying for the
same position. Therefore, in the first few rounds of the interviewing process, interviewers are
generally looking to eliminate candidates, rather than hire them. What is the single biggest reason that
candidates don’t get called back? Let’s call it “lack of preparation.” Candidates who reveal that they
haven’t done their homework are quickly bypassed for those who have.

If you have studied the firm, you will certainly ace the questions that follow. If you haven’t, you
will be politely ushered to the door with a vague promise that “we’ll get back to you.” Brush up on
the company, and you won’t have to hold your breath, waiting endlessly by a phone that refuses to
ring.

How to De-Stress for Success?

Stressing how well you handle stress is an effective job-hunting ploy, especially if you are going
for a job in a high-stress field. If you’ve been in the field for a while, you already know if it’s
considered stressful. If you haven’t been, here are some adverse factors that usually lead to a
great deal of on-the-job stress:

1. A workaholic corporate culture, resulting in a consistent pattern of workdays lasting ten hours
or longer.
2. Interoffice competition on assignments, particularly if bosses directly compete against those
whom they are supervising.
3. Ambient loud noise at the workplace, due to uncarpeted floors, lack of privacy, tolerance for
blasting music, or acoustical imperfections in the walls and ceilings.
4 . A perception, either real or imagined, that the business is “glamorous.” This leads to
unbridled competition and a cutthroat atmosphere (which is so unglamorous).
5. Loss of current clients for whatever reason, creating severe internal pressure to win them
back, or to attract new ones.
6. Growing pain caused by winning new business, and having too few people on staff to handle
it.
7. Unforeseen changes at the workplace, such as pending layoffs, or new bosses, partners, and
teammates coming on board.
8. A revolving door atmosphere, based on everything listed in point #7 occurring more than once
every two years.

Most of this information is easily accessible if you keep up with the trades. So, if you know for a
fact that the corporate culture of a company is stressful, and stress doesn’t happen to stress you
out, it’s a good idea to bring it up on your interviews.

19. Where do you predict that this industry is going in the next three years?

A. I think that we’re going to see the cell phone business rapidly take off. In my view, the cell
phone is quickly evolving into the perfect 24/7 business and entertainment center. On the business
front, it’s already a necessity, connecting people to their colleagues and clients ‘round the clock. Why
send an email, when you can use your cell to page people, text message them, or leave a message in
real time?

But recently, the cell phone has also started to become a portable entertainment center. You can
now use it to take great photographs, giving you another superb excuse to pull yours out and play with it during the day. And in Europe right now, people play video games on their cell phones.
It wouldn’t surprise me if you could play tunes on your cell in just a couple of years. At that point,
you’ll be able to connect to any business-person in the world, day or night, and keep yourself
entertained while you’re waiting for him to call you back. How is your company taking advantage of
this trend?

20. What do you like about advertising?

A. I like the fact that one simple idea, generated by an art director in a tiny cubicle, can reach out
and influence millions of people. The biggest thrill of my life has been “catching” a stranger on a
subway or bus reading an ad that I wrote that appeared in a magazine. The power of a simple,
compelling idea is unmatched. When you tell the truth about a product or a service in an interesting
way, it really touches people.

What if the future of a business looks bleak? Acknowledge it, but temper your pessimism
by telling your interviewer two things that you would do to forestall the inevitable. If the
business looks bright, tell your interviewer why that turns you on. From Wall Street to
Main Street, optimism makes interviewers bullish about hiring candidates.

21. You majored in philosophy. How did that prepare you for this career?

A. I think that philosophy is probably the world’s least practical discipline! So the short answer is,
philosophy didn’t prepare me for a career in architecture at all. But it did force me to become
philosophical about my prospects, and I basically decided that, unless I wanted to become a teacher
or a writer, I desperately needed to get a second degree that was more practical. After two years of
trying to figure out what to do with my life, I visited Chicago one weekend, and was absolutely spell
bound by the gorgeous architecture all around me.

You Don’t Have to Be Super-Trendy to Profit from a Trend

It’s got nothing to do with the length of your hemline, the width of your heels, or the height of
your hair. Keeping an eye on trends helps to keep your ideas fresh-squeezed, rather than stale
and recycled. How do you spot a trend? Read every single newspaper or magazine that you can
get your hands on. Keep your eyes, ears, and mind open. Start paying attention to “crossover”
fads, e.g., those inner-than-in trends that surface in two places at the same time. Does a current
TV show remind you thematically of a new movie that’s coming out? Does a new art exhibit
have the same color palette as the cover of your favorite magazine? Did you happen to notice the
same eclectic appetizer listed on the menus of three restaurants in your neighborhood?
Congratulations! You know a good trend when you see one. Your powers of observation are
excellent.

16. Please tell me about a time when you had to work independently.

A. In my last job, I sold T-1 lines to companies. For various reasons, my first territory wasn’t very
responsive. So, I started canvassing different neighborhoods, and finally located one that was an up
and coming dotcom center, our very own “little Silicon Valley of the south.” I asked my bosses if I
could pursue this new territory; they blessed the idea, and I ended up being the top telecom line
salesman that year.

Why This Technique Works

1. When sales didn’t come with the territory you asked for permission to find a new stomping ground.
2. You found a new area that turned out to be the gold mine of silicon.

17. What, in your opinion, is your most outstanding achievement so far in life?

A. I’ve always been happy that I managed to complete my college thesis. I was juggling five classes
a semester, a post on the student council, a job at the campus movie theater to help pay for books and
housing, and still, somehow, I found the time to write a thesis about why the economy tends to
improve during election years. I graduated with honors from my university, even though I was
overcommitted on all fronts. I think that I probably respond positively to stress, which I believe
should help me do very well in this field.

Why This Technique Works

1. You’ve used your college experience to show that you already have “real life” experience.
2. You mentioned that you cope with stress particularly well, and, in more and more businesses
today, unrelenting stress is a way of life.

18. Where else are you interviewing?

A. I’ve been interviewing at the three top, bulge bracket investment banking firms, SDL, MNP, and
VJK. But I would much rather work for your boutique, because I feel that I will probably have a
chance to learn more here, much faster, than at a larger firm. I read that your company gives first-year
associates a great deal of responsibility when it comes to servicing clients.

I would so much prefer to get this on-the-job, “real life” training from your firm, rather than the
textbook, classroom training that most of the big firms provide. Can you tell me more about some of
the projects that your first-year associates have been working on?
It’s fine to use a word like “boutique” as long as the company where you’re interviewing
considers itself one. Otherwise, you may wish to refer to it as a “smaller company” or
simply, “your company.”

Questions That Blatantly Ask You to Sell Yourself

Questions That Blatantly Ask You to Sell Yourself

To some extent, you are always being asked to sell yourself on a job interview.
This is important to remember when certain questions appear to yank you away from your primary
goal. What makes the following questions a bit easier than most is that there is no agenda on the
interviewer’s part, other than learning why you feel like you’re the ideal candidate. Some common,
winning themes that you will want to bring out in your answers are:

1. The ability to bounce back from career setbacks (if you’ve had any).
2. Results, results, results. Never hold back on good strong results!
3. What you do in your spare time (or during working hours) to make you an A-player rather than a
B-player.
4. Your ability to handle pressure, including adversity.
5. Your desirability. Remember this always: YOU are your strongest advocate!
11. What is the most difficult thing that you’ve ever accomplished?

A. I changed the corporate culture of the company where I was working. When I first arrived, there
was a poisonous atmosphere. Everyone kept their doors closed all day long. To put it mildly, there
was no esprit de corps. I decided to do something fairly radical. I sent out a memo to the entire staff
saying that, effectively immediately, the company had an open-door policy. For about a month
afterwards, I would case the halls. If I discovered that someone’s door was closed, I would take it as
an invitation to enter that office without knocking. Inevitably, there would be at least two people
inside gossiping. I would ask them to talk to me about whatever the problem was, and they were very
forthcoming! There were two great results of the open door policy. The first was that I had a chance
to find out what people’s issues were with the company. And the second was that everyone started
leaving their doors open, and morale definitely improved 100 percent.

12. Can you tell me about a recent achievement that you’re proud of?

A. The “Ireland NOW!” program that I implemented boosted package tours by 30 percent. The
program encouraged Americans to rediscover James Joyce, and other local Irish legends, by making a
pilgrimage to Ireland on Bloomsday, which is June 16. Thousands of travelers wrote letters
complimenting the program, and telling us how much they had learned from their journeys. And the
positive word-of-mouth that the “Ireland NOW!” program received boosted advance bookings for the
following summer by 50 percent.
When you are asked this type of question, talk about results. Use hard numbers
wherever possible. This is your opportunity to shine.

13. What do you like to do on the weekends?

A. I spend one full afternoon every weekend catching up on general interest publications, such as
the New York Times Arts & Leisure section, Business Week, Esquire, GQ, and Vogue. I find that
doing so keeps my finger on the pulse of popular culture, and helps me come up with marketing ideas
for our line of home décor products. I also read the trades, of course, but I find that once a trend is
reported there, it’s already played, and I’d rather spot trends on the upswing.
For example, a couple of years ago, I detected a trend towards minimalism, and, as a result,
recommended a whole line of “white on white” paints, furniture, and accessories for the home office
that boosted our brand sales by 30 percent. I also scour yard sales during the weekends, because I can
often tell what’s about to be “in” by the stuff from the attic that people are throwing out.
Read everything. Even dry research reports may contain pearls of wisdom. Ignorance is
inexcusable.

14. What special traits do you have that make you well-suited to this job?

A. I’m punctual, organized, get along well with people, and am supremely diligent. I also pore over
every word of the research reports that we receive. There is so much information, all around us, that
can help us do our jobs so much better, if we simply bother to read it. You would be amazed at how
many times I have been able to sell through an idea simply by referring to some fact, or little gem of
knowledge, that I unearthed about one of our products or one of our competitor’s.

15. Can you describe a time when you felt under pressure to perform? What was the
outcome?

A. Certainly, Marcia. As an associate at DHK, I used to travel to board meetings with my boss,
Cara Gordon. One day, Cara couldn’t attend an important meeting, and she sent me to cover for her. I
sat in a board meeting of an electronics company, and became very concerned that they weren’t
following best practices. There were a number of accounting discrepancies that I noticed, and so I
practically assaulted the CFO with question after question!

Questions about Your Dreams and Aspirations

Questions about Your Dreams and Aspirations

Of all the conceivable questions that you could be asked, these are perhaps the most basic. But your
answer has to do a lot more than simply cover off on the basics. It needs to be thorough enough to
make your interviewer treat you like a serious contender, and inspired enough to make your
interviewer wish to get to know you a lot better. That’s right. A really great answer will encourage
your interviewer to ask you even more questions.

6. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?

A. Certainly, Mark. I grew up in Rochester, where, as you know, the Kodak company has always
had a huge presence. My fascination with photography started at the age of five, when my older sister
took an amazing picture of me swimming in our parents’ pool. By the time I was eight years old, I was
spending an hour a day in a dark room, experimenting with retouching. Then, when I turned eighteen, I moved to Manhattan so that I could major in Photography at the School of Visual Arts. At the time, it was one of the only respected art schools on the East Coast. But at some point later on, I decided that I was really more of a business person than an artist, and so I started repping commercial fashion
photographers, which I’ve been doing successfully for the last ten years. While I was working during
the days, I completed my MBA at night. And I really think that the fact that I have both a BA in
Photography and an MBA from a great business school makes me the ideal candidate for a
management position here at Kodak.

Why This Technique Works?

1. You’ve drawn a line between your childhood all the way to the present, proving that you were born
to do this job and have spent your entire life working to achieve your destiny. Way to go!
2. Your two degrees prove that you’re one of those rare individuals who is both creative and
business-oriented, two traits that will serve you well in your future career.

How to Pack for Your Interviews?

Pack light. If you show up carrying a lot of physical baggage, your interviewer may assume that
you’re also lugging around the emotional kind. But pack thoroughly. You need to be prepared for
any contingency.

When you really want to impress a certain interviewer (which is any interviewer that you
happen to meet), here are the ten essentials to pack into your briefcase or handbag:
1. Your cell phone (which will remain OFF during your meeting).
2. Directions to your appointment—including your contact’s name, phone number, address of the
office, and floor.
3. A few extra copies of your resume.
4. One pen and one small pad of paper (so that you can jot down notes after your meeting).
5. One roll of breath mints. (Just do it, okay?)
6. One comb.
7. One small mirror (or compact) for last-minute inspections before entering the office building.
Nothing wedged between your teeth? Excellent.
8. One lint brush (in case the last people in your cab happened to be bringing their pet ferret to
the vet).
9. One folding umbrella (to avoid arriving wet and wrinkled).
10. One picture ID (so that you can get past security in the lobby).

Inside Information

No matter what field you are in, you need to be passionate about the reason you like it. It’s not a
day job; it’s your career. This is your calling. You were put on the planet to do this. Even if you
work in a field where cynicism runs rampant, you must come off as a True Believer. You are the
disciple of your profession, a future leader waiting in the wings. Don’t be ordinary. Dare to be
extraordinary.

7. Can you describe your dream job?

A. This is my dream job, Mara, and that’s why I approached you about it in the first place. I am
excited about the prospect of helping your promotion agency upgrade and fine tune your loyalty
programs. I believe that rewarding repeat customers with movie tickets is a killer idea, and I can’t
wait to bring it forward to the Coca Colas and Dr. Peppers of the world.

8. What are your short-range and long-range goals?

A. My immediate goal, humble as it may sound, is to “start at the very bottom” of your talent
agency. I will do anything it takes to get my foot in the door here: type contracts, organize files, make
phone calls on your behalf, make coffee, scout for athletes, contact coaches—you name it, and I’ll do
it. I have always felt that being an agent is the world’s best occupation, and I will devote myself to
learning your business from the bottom up.

I am a very quick study, and have been the personal assistant for Marlene Summers for the past two
years. Even though much of my job entailed setting up personal appointments and dinners for
Marlene, whom, as you may know, founded the Ladies Network, I found myself much more drawn to
the occasional task that I would be asked to handle for her husband, Charlie Summers. Charlie started
as a professional wrestler, and sometimes he would ask me to review his contracts, contact his agent,
and negotiate small points for him.

My long-range goal is to “grow” into a talent agent in my own right. But as that’s probably years
down the road, right now, I’m keen to start as your “assistant agent slave.” Charlie and Marlene know
that this is my burning desire, and they wrote a letter of recommendation for me, which I brought
today to share with you. (Then, pull it out.)

Know your place, and embrace it enthusiastically. It will magnify your attractiveness to
employers exponentially.

9. What two or three things are most important for you in a job?

A. I have to believe in the core vision of the organization, and I really respect yours, because, as far
as I can tell, it’s very much on trend. Over the last few years, thousands of companies have had to
make deep cuts in their staffs. This has lead to a situation where “outsourcing” has become a way of
life. Entire departments are now outsourced, and of course, your firm is meeting the need, brilliantly.
You are supplying over fifty companies with talented labor, on an as-needed basis, for far less money
than it would ordinarily cost. Fortunately, I’m a pretty good juggler. I get real satisfaction from
bouncing from one project to another. The nature of your business virtually guarantees that this will
be the case, and I’m really excited about the possibility of working here.

10. How do you set and manage goals?

A. My first life goal was to figure out my strengths, and, by the age of sixteen, I had decided that I
was logical, articulate, resourceful, and enjoyed solving problems. These strengths led me to pursue a
double major in political science and history at Dartmouth. Directly afterwards, I went to law school.
I started as an associate at Brimble, Brimble & Brimble, but couldn’t take the ninety-hour weeks.
So, after a couple of years, I moved over to the corporate side, and became the in-house counsel at
CGH Systems. After three years at this post, I decided that I was really more suited to a job in
business development. CGH encouraged me to make the switch, and for the following three years, I
helped the company look for acquisitions. I find that business development enables me to use all of
my natural talents, and it’s my goal to continue to pursue my calling at your firm.

Discuss the acquisitions in depth. Show how they helped CGH Systems embrace its
corporate mission, grow, and make money.
Tale of Three Cities: Tenacity, Felicity, and Electricity
If you have tenacity, you’ll find that most interviewers will return your calls, schedule meetings
with you, and generally pay attention to you.

Felicity is luck. And as Thomas Jefferson once said, “I’m a great believer in luck, and I find the
harder I work, the more I have of it.” So work diligently at finding a job, and anticipate that one
day soon, you’ll get the lucky break that you deserve.

Electricity is chemistry. Interviewers are attracted to candidates who possess both tenacity and felicity.

Questions That Ask You to Walk a Mile in Your

Questions That Ask You to Walk a Mile in Your

Interviewer’s Cole Haans Sometimes, the hiring gods are with you. You walk into an interview, looking exactly like the type of
person that “belongs” at the company, and your interviewer also happens to be in a supremely good
mood that day. A great first impression is made in an instant. When this is the case, your interviewer
may ask you, in so many words, to put yourself in his shoes, and convince him to hire you. If you are
lucky enough to find yourself in this situation, first, relax, and then, resolve to knock your
interviewer’s socks off. Nothing’s going to stop you from landing this job!

1. If you were hiring someone for this position, what qualities would you look for?
A. I would look for three main talents, Alex:
1. The ability to solve problems;
2. The ability to nurture strong working relationships; and
3. The ability to close deals.

A candidate who possesses all three qualities would make the ideal associate new business
director.
Let me tell you a little bit about my background. I “grew up” on the account side, and for seven
years, helped companies like Revlon and Stoli Vodka solve big problems—such as how to position
themselves in an increasingly fractured, competitive environment. Revlon, which for years had been
the number one cosmetics company, was nervously watching its market share erode. Stoli was in a
similar situation, due to Absolut’s strong presence in the marketplace. I helped Stoli launch some new
flavored vodkas, and the company soon regained valuable market share. Stoli rewarded me by
offering me a job working on new product development. And I switched over to the marketing side
for the next two years.
In marketing, having good people skills was mandatory. I had to beg vendors and suppliers for
more shelf space. I had to chat up bar, restaurant, and hotel owners, and convince them to prominently
display our vodkas.
I also wined, dined, and played golf with CEOs, CFOs, and owners of all different types of
companies. So I know that I will be extremely resourceful when it comes to attracting new business to
your company.

What Interviewers Want

Interviewers are only human. Before they will commit to a long-term relationship with you (by
getting you on staff and giving you health insurance), they want to know what’s in it for them.
Here are the top three things interviewers look for:

1. Problem-solving skills. Bring up case examples that prove you know how to solve problems.
2. Good people skills. The ability to foster good working relationships is a vital business skill.
Discuss situations where you worked well with others, or where bosses entrusted you with more
responsibility, based on your past performance.
3. Closure skills. The ability to get things done. Mention those times when your good judgment
or ingenuity helped you close a deal.
While you certainly can’t be “all things to all interviewers,” it may help to identify one or two
qualities that you possess from each of the lists that follow. When you are asked questions about
your skills, try to focus your responses to demonstrate that you have these qualities.

2. What would you like me to know about you that’s not on your resume?

A. Well, Pat, I have the right mix of interpersonal and work-related skills to be a successful
commercial real estate agent. A lot of people think that being a good saleswoman is simply a matter
of being outgoing. But this is only part of the equation. You also need to be able to solve real
problems for companies.
What if the space that you’re showing isn’t in the ideal neighborhood? You’ve got to persuade your
prospect that the value of the property will overcome the inherent drawbacks of the location. What if
the commercial space doesn’t have as many windows as the company’s current property? You have to
help your client envision a different way to carve out the space, if only to muffle the complaints of the
top executives. You need to be able to think, not just in terms of square footage, but also in terms of
“profit per foot” for the company in question.
Above all, it’s critical to seal the deal. For the past four years, I was among the top five closers at
a large, commercial real estate company.

Why This Technique Works?

1. You tackle problems with ingenuity.
2. You’ve proved that selling space goes way beyond price per square foot. The least the company
can do is “give you some space” with a nice window office, where you can prominently display
your fancy new business cards.
3. Let’s say that I offer you a job. Please tell me how the company will benefit.

A. I am an expert on LED and rotational signage. I have been selling huge, LED signs to stadiums
for the past five years. This has involved not only a great deal of technical expertise, in terms of
understanding the technology that goes into our product, but also the ability to compare and contrast
our offering to others that are less expensive to implement and maintain.
I’ve had to convince large groups of people, who are not technically inclined, to spend the money
for a quality product. I always promise them tremendous service on both the front and back end, and
then follow through. As a result, my clients have been very pleased with my performance.
Your company will benefit from my expertise on three counts: 1) I will train your sales staff how to
close on deals more quickly and profitably, 2) I will share my extensive contact base with your
company, and 3) I will reorganize your service department to be more “hands on.” Then, your
customers will give your company those glowing referrals that will lead to even more new business.

Why This Technique Works?

1. You’re the expert on rotational signage.
2. You’ve promised your interviewer new business if he will simply sign you on.
4. Why should I hire you?
A. Well, Martin, as we’ve been discussing, your company’s website could probably benefit from a
complete overhaul. For a first website, it’s not bad…It covers all of the pertinent information that you
want your customers to know about your business. But I agree with your own assessment, and feel that your website could be more inspired. You need some technical help with links, and I know how to come up with the key words and phrases that will bring a lot more web traffic to your site.
I think that a more creative flash opening, along with some music and graphics will keep customers
on your site longer. It would be helpful to have something there that was continually updated in real
time, perhaps some company news, or even games that would reward people for learning more about
your services.

I’ve created twenty websites for all different companies, and one of them is in a similar line of
business. I’d love to show you that website, so that you can get an idea of what’s possible for your
company. Can we hop onto your laptop right now?

Inside Information

Men seem to think that the “Why should I hire you?” question is challenging, and something of a
blow to their egos, whereas the identical query seems to bounce off of most women without
leaving irreparable damage. This suggests that there is something in the tone of the question that
men intuit. Perhaps men sense a certain edginess about it, almost as if the interviewer were
asking, “What makes you think that you’re good enough to hire?”

5. You go to a store and give a $10 bill to the clerk to pay for a $9 item. When you get home,
you realize that you received $20 in change. Do you go back to the store, or do you keep the
money?

A. You go back and return $19, explaining their error to them.

Questions about ethics are being asked during interviews with increasing frequency.
Why raise any doubts about your morality? With the recent scandals that have occurred
at some of the world’s most prestigious accounting firms, don’t even joke about keeping

Cracking intervies: Answering the Easy Questions

An old adage tells us “there are no stupid questions.” If only there were no stupid answers!
If you are tired, underprepared, or overly nervous when you meet your prospect, your chances of
performing well decrease dramatically, and even “softball” questions can seem ridiculously
challenging. So first, study really hard. And then, sleep really well. (If you have no idea why this is
important, it’s time to go back and read the Introduction of this book. And tsk, tsk for skipping it in the
first place.)
There are five types of “back-to-basics”
questions:

1. Questions That Ask You to Walk a Mile in Your Interviewer’s Cole Haans.
2. Questions about Your Dreams and Aspirations.
3. Questions That Blatantly Ask You to Sell Yourself.
4. Questions That Reveal If You’ve Done Your Homework.
5. Questions about Your P.W.S. (Preferred Working Style).

Do a really great job at answering these, and sometimes, you may even make it to round two of the
interviewing process without having to field any of the tougher questions.
What if you’ve been out of the Interviewing Game for a while and simply feel rusty? Read the
Q&A’s that follow; work out your own answers to the same questions; and invite a job-hunting buddy over to practice with you. You’ll have more fun studying, and your answers on the day of your
interview will be considerably sharper.

What separates a great answer to an easy question from an answer that is only marginal? Details,
details, details. The questions may be easy, but being superficial about your answers (because you’re
anticipating tougher questions down the line) is never a good idea.

The Job Interview: Top 10 Ways to Nail the Interview

Top 10 Ways to Nail the Interview

1. Breathe deeply, and try not to panic. That was easy. Phew!

2. Try to set up your meeting for one full week (five business days) from the time that you first
receive the call to come in. Your tendency will be to go for an earlier meeting to “get it over
with.” Do not yield to this instinct. You will need the time to prepare for your meeting. (Of
course, if the interviewer insists on an earlier date, graciously accept it.)

3. Do your homework. Get on the Internet, and pull every article you can find about the company.
Don’t just read the articles; study and dissect them. Start crafting a “master list” of questions of
your own about the company, based on the information that you unearth.

4. Go wider and deeper. Look up the company’s website. Obtain past Annual Reports from the
organization, and review them as if your life depended on it. Buy trade publications from your
field; and brush up on what the company’s competitors have been doing. Be certain to add some
of this competitive information to the list of questions that you are preparing to ask in your
interview.

5. Call any contacts that you have from the company, and start gently picking their brains about
your upcoming interview. Ask your contacts about initiatives that are taking place in the
organization right now; find out about the management structure; figure out where your
interviewer is on the internal “totem pole.” If you don’t know anyone in the company, call any
contacts you have in competing organizations to learn what they know about the company. Go out
for drinks with them at night; treat them to dinner if necessary. Do not ignore this important step!

6. Review the questions and answers in this book thoroughly. Then, very importantly, change the
answers a bit to reflect your own situation. (You never want to come off as “textbook”; rather
you will need to be you, at your most charming self.) Add the questions and answers from this
book that you feel you are most likely to be asked to the “master list” of questions that you are
creating.

7. Write down your goal. Isn’t that simply to get the job, you ask? Yes, of course if it is, but
phrase your goal in a way that is very specific to the company. “My goal is to land a job as vice
president of Customer Relations at the ADR Corporation, and to make $XXX,XXX a year.”
(You will know the perfect salary level based on the research you’ve already done on the
organization.) Studies show that writing down goals helps people achieve them faster. Try it;
what do you have to lose?

8. Review your “master list” of questions, answers, company history, and competitive insights
every single day until exactly fifteen hours before your interview. Lock yourself in a quiet room
in your house or apartment if you have to, and ask yourself the questions (and state the answers)
aloud. This simple step, which so many candidates fail to do, can help you memorize your
answers in advance. Won’t that sound canned, you wonder? No, it won’t. When you really know
your material, you will actually come off as sounding far more “spontaneous” in an interview.

9. Decide, well in advance of your meeting, which outfit you will wear. This is to avoid any
tough decisions at the last minute. Be certain that your outfit is pulled together and appropriate
for the job you really want. Also, on the day of, make sure that you have showered, brushed your
teeth, and have clean, well-kempt nails and hair. Carry a roll of breath mints with you just in
case.

10. Then fifteen hours before your interview, force yourself to stop studying for it, and try to
relax. Do yoga if you enjoy it, or listen to a favorite tune. Lay off the caffeine so that you can get
a good night’s sleep.

Realize that you are now the best-prepared job seeker in the universe, and use your wits and charm

to add some joie de vivre to your all-important meeting.

Socrates guides...

I'd like to tell you what Socrates who was one of the greatest philosophers of all time told one day which can shake whole world in positive manner.
I think everybody knew him already. He always observe his environment. What I am about to tell you can change your mental thinking and if you believe then you can change the world around you.

One day a man, very excitedly came towards Socrates and and said to him that he have a thing to tell him. Socrates have a very calm nature so he doesn't react that much and calmly told him before you say a word I'd like to ask you three simple questions. The man became silent then Socrates continues that if you have 'yes' as an answer for any one of my three question then I'll listen to you otherwise I won't. After a bit thinking the man agreed this statement and one by one Socrates asked his questions.

His questions were:
1. What you are about to tell me is it related with me or is it about me?
Man became silent and said no.

2. What you are going to say is it good in nature or is this can improve someone's situation?
he again thought for a second and said no.

3. His last question was, are you very sure what you are about to tell me is truth?
He thought and said may be... for this it considered as no, because he was not sure.

Socrates' final statement then was, so my dear child why am I listen to you when you know it is not related with me, it is not good for anybody and even it is not even true.

If you think about it a little bit you can understand too that most of the talks in this world are non-sensible. They doesn't make any sense and no one cares about its truth all they care for is fun.
Neglect those people who say bad which is false. Consider them who say bad but true.

Mind it!

What is written in my destiny will happen?

Most of the people in this planet thinks that they are controlled by their destiny and I'm not one of those. Whenever something bad happen with them they try to blame others and if they won't find others they will blame their destiny. Destiny have no work  to do with each situation. You are the man of your destiny. You are responsible for every goods and bads. Don't throw on others.

If you think you can control it, it never gonna happen but you can do better to avoid bitter.
Nothing is pre written, it is just a matter of thoughts. World is moving round it is not going forward only. We have a phases of life whose graph goes in zigzag direction not straight. Don't think there will always be happiness or sadness. Try to adjust your emotions well in sadness and happiness.

Reading is a good medicine

I totally agree with my thoughts that reading is a good medicine for mind. Read as much you like but read only those things which make you feel better not like newspapers.
Books have the capability that they can take you to a whole new world all you have to do is read with a little bit of concentration.

Whenever you feel like you are in depression then avoid reading and start reading. Avoid reading newspapers and other bad news about socialism or racism or murders and specially politics. Politics have the power which can destroy any mind's stability. Start reading books which have well thoughts in it.
In this post I'll list some of the great books which can be read when in the situation of depression and not stable mind.

1. Think and Grow rich by Nepoleon Hill
2. How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnagie and more of his.
3. You Can Win by Shiv Khera, etc
     and many more.

These books are very good for mental health and they will teach you a lot. These are my favorite ones.
No need to read only when you are in trouble, this doesn't make any sense. You can read them at vacations, in the park, in free time and the best time is read them at the end of day before sleep.
Why I called it best time because when you sleep with thinking of any thought, by morning that thought gains a lot of intensity and your day depends on that thought. So, if you read good and them sleep after that while thinking about good then you will wake up feeling extra good and I can guarantee you day will be more than extra good.

Keep Reading Good!

Friends are World!

Don't you agree?
If we don't have any friend there will be no fun in one's life. I can say that with my fullest gut.
I too had a group of friend and they are very helpful. They are the best guys I have in my life. If you think you will be all good with all by yourself, trust me you are wrong.
Suppose there is a situation in someone's life who is a little geeky in nature, had a funny name and wears big study glasses. What will all his friends do?
They make fun of him Obviously!
The geek boy then think that he is no there real friend, he is with them for their joke. He'll think that whenever they meet they will make fun of him.
So, he decided to shut himself inside the house and lessen his hangout things.
Will he gonna feel better?
I don't think so, and he will not.
Apart from this situation, if he is still with him and understands that these friends are not making fun just making him stronger then what will happen?
He will become stronger..yeah!

When he will be in trouble or somebody make fun of him other than his friend then he can handle it or if he is with his friends then they can handle it, he don't have to do any thing.
Believe me, no friend can see his friend in trouble whether they make fun or not. They will stand by your side on every situation when you need them and they will do they can in that situation when you need them the most.
It is far beyond have been made fun or getting upset by their comments. Just laugh with them you'll see real happiness.

Build up Self Confidence

How will you build your confidence?

This formula applies on any field but I'll be on artistic side to let you know that how will you build your self confidence?
As everybody knows a college students need less motivation because he/she have well qualified teachers who motivates him and always try to build his self confidence. But what about after that?
The question is when you have no friends and teachers around then how will you motivate and boost your confidence.

If you have the internet, log into it. Google some artworks website, read some interviews of artists and don't just see and read them, observe them. There is a big difference in seeing and observing. Observing is something beyond seeing. In it you not only see but learn and put something in mind.
After that you will be motivated and you want to try something, you now want to make something.
When you make it, share it. Share it on forums and social networking sites and groups where your artworks will be appreciated. One good point of sharing with the world is they will let you know that what is your bad points in it. Then you will improve yourself by correcting them and this...this will increase your confidence heavily.
Let people see your work, let their eyes sense the beauty and let them see what they have never seen in the past. This is your work. Your work and what they see in your work is your confidence.

Be confident, problems will be light as cotton.

How to choose your destiny

How will you find what is the voice of your heart?

What your parents say is the voice of your heart?
What your teacher say?
What is trending these days?? Is it?
Bullshit!!
These all things are bullshit.

Just sit down and relax, close your eyes and what you see inside is the voice and image of your dream and heart.
If you are not seeing anything then I have one way to show you how to know what you want to become?
What will you do?
How will you be known to the world? and
What is your profession?

For finding answers to these questions, all you need to know is what is fun for you.
If you are a footballer then that game will be very fun for you and you will never get bored and tired of it. If you enjoy singing then you are a singer and if you want to make everyone laugh then you are a comedian.
All you need to do is find thing in which you enjoy, things that you can do every time without getting tired. This is your dream.

I'll tell you a real story of an ordinary kid who always wanted to be an extraordinary inventor.
He was very poor he even didn't know how he will achieve his dream? All he knew was he will, somehow he will.
He was so silly in doing experiments but he did all the time.
He first started selling newspaper and got out of job due to some fire hazard made by him. He started by repairing damaged things and all stuff. He always open gadgets, observe them and close them.
World know him as Thomas Alva Edison.

Thomas Alva Edison was an American inventor and businessman. He developed many devices that greatly influenced life around the world.

If his dad said him don't do this because you always make mess and do this because this is good for your life then he will not be as good as he was.
He was one of the best men that america had. He made many wartime inventions and helped his country and gave us light.

We all have that and even greater stamina to do extraordinary things in our life all we need to do is...
Stop Listening and Start Doing!

Stop Listening to others and stop listening to those who force us to do anything, even if they are out parents.  Only listen to your heart. Do what you enjoy...

Get Motivated

If you think of an excuse that you can't do a work and say "Exceptions are everywhere" then I'll say this is actually an excuse and if you want to do something big in this world you have to be an "exception".

If Exceptions are everywhere, then be an exception.
This one line written above is written and quoted by me.
I think I'll be a writer(LOL).

You must not disagree with your problems and not compromise with them, all you need to do is to face them.
One thing here I want to tell you is there is no such thing like bad days and bad times. Its our belief and thinking what make a day and time bad because time is just time there is no good and bad it is just time. We are making and marking it as bad and good. So, don't regret it.
Be confident in your work, you don't know anybody can be Bill Gates and Steve Jobs or Picasso. All you have to do is believe in yourself and give it your best. Give it all you've got. Be confident!

Life is full of Ups and Downs...
Nobody in this world is always happy and nobody in this world is always sad too. Our life never runs in straight graph. This is a zigzag motion where ups are happiness and downs are sadness, griefs and problems. We must have strength in both situations to be stable in sadness and to rock and party hard in happiness.
So, its our duty to let this thought go that I can't do this thing right now because I don't have money or strength or any other excuses. You can!
Yes easily, start doing the big work in small level. Smallest level first. Then go higher. All you need to do is follow the path of your dreams.

Peace out!
Hoping for best of all.

My Journey towards my goal:

I was a child when my father told me about animation course, that I will be taught their to make games and animated movies. I was very excited that time and unfortunately I still am (hehe).
I took the course of 3 years diploma in Animation from Arena Animation.
The taught what they are able to, the next big thing for me is to do my things in their teachings. So for that I started using internet a lot cause I wanted to learn and learn and learn. The phase goes on and I almost daily stand with a new idea and a new tutorial to practice.

I must advice you that Internet is very valuable resource for you to get ahead in any stream, any field. All you need is to have the great will of learning and a little competition with yourself.
Each and everyday I play a lot of Video Games and watch animated movies and these are the things that I still do.

My graduation course was a little off track, it was BCA (Bachelors in Computer Application) because we don't have that much money to enroll in any animation graduate course after that diploma. yes, I have done my diploma course before intermediate and graduation. I started my diploma when I was in 8th standard. I was curious, keen and very creative in artistic manner so my father decided to enroll early. That was early starting of Arena Animation.

When I completed successfully my animation course, my only and only goal was and still is to be a great 3d artist in this creative and wonderful field.

I am working hard each and everyday to make best use of my ability.
The thing and that unbelievable belief and desire always keep me on fire and will lead me to my ultimate goal.

Four Attitudes That Will Help You Succeed As an Artist

It's a time-honored joke: M.F.A. actually stands for Mother F%#king Attitude. I've had that outlook, and it's seen me through some rough and dispiriting times as an artist. But looking back on my early career, I've come to realize it's not an attitude that will sustain you, and even in the best of times, it can be detrimental to your artistic practice. I had a close brush with being expelled from Yale's MFA program when I painted Professor Mel Bochner being ravished by a female bull with a dildo strapped to her udder.

Funny? Yes. But with time, I've come to regret having hurt his feelings. The goal most of us share is to feel good about our practice, connect with other arts professionals, and get our work out there for people to enjoy. So what is the right mindset to cultivate to enable your success and fulfillment as an artist? Here are four techniques that may help.
You're in it for the work, not the glamour. Says painter Michael Berryhill, "Don't worry about trends, even if your work lines up with what's going on. Don't be moved by where the larger conversation goes -- just do what you're compelled to do. And do it a lot. Hard work is the key to getting anywhere." You can't control whether or not the marketplace embraces your work -- but you can control your enjoyment of the creative process.
It's not a test. Artists sometimes feel like their work or their process is being judged. But it's important to remember there's not one right answer. Says Al Miner, assistant curator for Contemporary Art at Boston's Museum of Fine Arts, "I don't ever go into an artist's studio knowing what I'm going to ask. I don't have pre-set questions. I just see what happens. I want to ask questions that will teach me how an artist's brain works... I like to let the artist show me what they want to show me. I don't necessarily say, show me more or show me that thing that's against the wall, because that's your process and I'm not going to interrupt your process. It's not a test or an interview, it's just a conversation between two people." Even when you're talking with a curator or a collector, the best thing to do is relax: they want to get to know the real you.
Don't push yourself. Be honest about where you are with your work, instead of contorting yourself to hit career milestones you're not ready for. Says Miner, "The worst studio visit I've ever done was with a photographer who said, "Well, that's wrong" to everything I said, whether it was a statement or a question about what he was interested in. I think he knew he should have a studio visit experience, but he didn't want one." If you're not ready for a studio visit, or a solo show, or a residency, don't force yourself or get paranoid if your peers are there already. Your process will unfold on its own timeline.
Keep it Simple. Patience is the best remedy for rejection. When one well-known colleague of mine wasn't chosen for a popular group show, she wisely remarked, "It's just another show." Two years later, she had a landmark solo show at a major museum. Sometimes flying under the radar keeps you in the best position for better things in the future. I moved to San Francisco after graduating from Yale and was rejected, again and again, by local galleries. If I had been able to break in to the San Francisco art scene, I might never have moved to New York City and found representation with the Mary Boone Gallery. You won't necessarily know when things are working out for the best, so don't get hung up on the details. Surfers wait for the right wave, and you should, too.
Building a career as an artist can be a challenging process -- and the myth of the cocky, sarcastic lone genius doesn't help. True success means appreciating and relishing the creative process, following your own path at your own pace, and staying true to your vision.
What are the mindsets you try to cultivate as an artist?
